Since 2007, I've dedicated my Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) career to fostering optimal mental wellness. 

With a focus on diverse populations, ranging from college students to people with severe and persistent mental illness, I bring extensive experience in medication management to my practice. 

Now, I'm excited to share my experience with a broader range of adult clients by providing Ketamine-assisted Psychotherapy (KAP).

Academics

Following the completion of undergraduate degrees in English and Art at the University of Iowa, I shifted my focus to healthcare.

I achieved a Nursing Doctorate from The University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus, and subsequently returned to Anschutz to pursue my Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) degree.

Ketamine-assisted Psychotherapy

After 17 years of professional experience, I completed KAP clinician training at the respected Transpersonal Research Institute of Psychotherapeutic Psychedelics in Tucson, AZ.

I'm excited about ketamine's demonstrated effectiveness in facilitating transformative breakthroughs. After nearly two decades of experience using medications to manage psychiatric symptoms, I recognize their limitations. I am inspired by the potential of ketamine as a new treatment modality. I see KAP as a natural progression in my career.
